It begins…
So me and my girlfriend just had a Christmas party this past weekend and we've been left with a cabinet full of beer (see image). Not cheap piss in a can mind you, but decent beer! About 50 bottles worth! After some thought I've decided to use this beer for the better good. Specifically, to blog about its beerness and or beeriosity. I'm no professional beer taster, although I have been to Germany twice and knocked back quite a few brews, so this will be a fairly rudimentary blog. I've also dabbled in homebrews; depending on the popularity of this blog I may start a recipe section.
Anyway this is where I begin my beer epic. If you feel there's a beer out there I simply must try, please let me know. I'm going to start with what's in my closet (because its there and the price is right), but I'll expand to other beers soon enough. Please keep in mind that i do have a full time job so I won't be sampling 4 beers a night every night. But you have my word that I'll do my best to drink as often as possible.
