stupid hackers
So if any of you tried to access my blog sometime between midnight last night and 1:00pm today, you would have been greeted by this message:
It appears what happened is that a hacker group going by the alias "ka0x" hacked into the server I rent from a larger company and uploaded that index page to all the sites hosted there. The Spanish loosely translates into something along the lines of "An undertaking of war, the powerful will dominate the others"... or something along those lines. The red text translates to "For Freedom of Expression".
So from what I gather, these hackers have declared a war on all those who are "less powerful" than they are, while at the same time undertaking a righteous crusade against all those who would stifle freedom of expression (assuming of course those who would freely express themselves are "more powerful" than this hacker group).
Well I wish them luck in their crusade against the oppressors of free expression. And I humbly accept my role as collateral damage in that war. After all, you can't freely express yourself unless you silence those around you, right?
Also, I'm finished with the updates to the website so I'll have some actual beer reviews up soon.
